Post Implementation Review
Post Implementation Review (PIR) is the last step in a project life-cycle assuring all objectives were met successfully. Thru PIR, company will be able to get the lesson learnt and recommendation for future improvement.
Purposes of doing the Post Implementation Review is to determine how successful the project, in particular, the extent to which it met its objectives, it delivered planned level of benefits, and addressed the specific requirements as originally defined.
