SAP MM CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate client engagement through workshops and interviews to meticulously assess process and reporting needs.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on both industry-specific and cross-industry best practices, as well as SAP recommended processes and functions.
• Craft comprehensive SAP solutions tailored to clients’ target objectives. Drive the adoption of leading practices while shaping the target state.
• Conduct thorough analysis of the application landscape to architect interfaces for seamless integration with SAP solutions.
• Execute SAP configuration and testing, alongside the development of precise specifications for forms, reports, and interfaces.
• Lead consultant and client teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, overseeing planning, testing, migration, and cutover phases.
• Spearhead change management efforts by developing training materials, delivering impactful training sessions, and offering ongoing user support post-implementation.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of solid experience as an SAP MM Consultant, demonstrating expertise in the field.
• Proven track record of involvement in at least 3 cycle implementation projects. Have experience as project lead is competitive advantage.
• Possession of SAP certification is considered a significant advantage.
• Exhibits a strong aptitude for rapid learning and possesses strong analytical thinking skills.
• Capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment, showcasing outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to various implementation sites across Indonesia.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English, ensuring effective communication in diverse settings.
